For over 25 years, Fay Bailey-Gregory has been actively involved in the food industry. She has held the positions of Food and Beverage Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Food Inspector to name a few. At the highest level of standard governance for Jamaica, the Bureau of Standards, Mrs. Bailey-Gregory excelled as the leader of the Inspectorate Division. She served this esteemed agency in many capacities for over 17 years.

Mrs. Bailey Gregory was very instrumental in recommending food factories be exempted from the sections of the processed Food Act administered by the Bureau of Standards Jamaica. The program ensures that companies applied HACCP principles.

Mrs. Gregory holds a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Technology, and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Florida International University (FIU). Additionally, she has benefited from extensive training at the Better Process Control School, of the University of the West Indies, ISO, and many others.

She is trained and experienced in ISO 9001 auditing and implementation, ISO 22000, and ISO 31000 (Risk Manager). Mrs. Bailey Gregory is a certified Professional Evaluation and Certification Board (PECB) Trainer and presently works as a Consultant in Management and Food Safety Systems. She is presently working as contracted as an auditor for Safe Quality Foods  (SQF ). Mrs. Gregory consults in several areas of the Food Industry.

Having been trained in HACCP – Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point – Mrs. Gregory is an Instructor for the International HACCP Alliance.

Shirnett Bailey has more than fifteen years experience as an executive in Healthcare Insurance Sales, Talent Acquisition, Networking, “Match Maker” and Business Development, Contracts Acquisitions, Project Management, Compliance, and Training. She has exceptional skills in building and nurturing relationships, resulting in long-term and repeat business.

Miss Bailey effectively lead teams through understanding and appreciating the value of individual input. Her passion is effecting the sustainable growth of companies and individuals through servant leadership and a hands-on total quality approach.

Within the healthcare staffing industry, Ms. Bailey has played a key role in the strategic sourcing, recruitment, and staffing of Healthcare professionals nationally.  Through diligence, drive and a keen initiative she has developed a comprehensive and targeted recruitment model for sourcing and hiring the best-fit healthcare professionals; integrating one company’s proprietary marketing system, RIMS, with her own professional expertise in the area of recruitment, selection, and management.  From facilitating the abstracting quality and output of other healthcare professionals to the coaching of master-level customer service delivery, Ms. Bailey has a successful track record in building and leading teams nationwide stems from a high level of understanding and appreciation for servant leadership.

Merle Donaldson - Director

Merle Donaldson has over twenty years of experience in both the public and private sectors in the areas of research, business development, project management, quality systems and conformity assessments. She holds an MBA in International Business and B.Sc. in Chemistry and Management from the University of the West Indies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and Training from the Vocational Training and Development Institute. She currently serves as Director on the Boards of the Culture, Health, Arts, Sports and Education (CHASE) Fund, the Planning Institute of Jamaica and the Agro Invest Corporation. Merle is a results-driven professional with a proven track record of getting things done; she remains focused on positive transformation for maximum impact.
