Certification to a GFSI recognized programme has been a daunting task for King Pepper for many years. In 2017 we were fortunate enough to be connected with Fay Bailey Gregory of FB Food Safety and Quality Management Systems. Fay and her team possess a deep knowledge of the challenges faced by manufacturers in Jamaica and this knowledge has helped guide the process in a very practical way. She is accessible at any time of the day or night, weekday or weekend to answer questions or review documents.

“Miss Fay” as we call her has patiently worked with us to make this certification an attainable and sustainable standard for our company and we expect to have FSSC 22000 certification by October of 2018. Our dream of a GFSI certification programme is now within reach and we could not have done it without FB Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
